LOOK AHEAD
Print will continue to slide down the IT priority list, especially in companies where it isn ' t mission-critical.
The true Managed Print Service( MPS) experience will become the norm, with automation-powered cloud services handling printing, scanning, and analytics in one place. As print channel partners shift toward remote-first service models, on-site intervention decreases, support becomes faster and more scalable, and IT teams benefit from simpler, more efficient print management.
We’ ll see a lot more vertical market cloud adoption, driven by integrations, new features, and expanded reporting capabilities. With greater awareness of SAFEQ Cloud’ s integrated scanning capabilities, we expect our current customer base to make greater use of these features, as well as increased interest from potential cloud clients exploring conversion.
Priorities in the SAFEQ Cloud roadmap focus on building for the future. To support cloud adoption trends across different office environments in Europe, America, and Asia Pacific, 2026 will prioritize expanded pure cloud support and cloud security enhancements, ensuring our customers’ print stacks are ready for whatever their workplace looks like next.
